The surface of Z80 Z120 Galvanized Steel Plate is smooth, not only has high corrosion resistance, but also has beautiful appearance. It is widely used in construction, home appliances, automobiles and other industries.
The main material of galvanized coil is cold rolled steel plate. Cold-rolled steel plate refers to a steel plate processed by hot-rolled plate or hot-rolled steel strip through cold rolling process. Compared with hot-rolled steel plates, cold-rolled steel plates have a smoother surface and higher dimensional accuracy. This makes cold rolled steel sheets a better base material for galvanized coils.
Before making galvanized coils, cold-rolled steel sheets undergo a series of pre-treatment steps, such as degreasing, cleaning and heating. Then, the cold-rolled steel sheet is immersed in molten zinc liquid containing zinc components through the dipping method. At high temperatures, zinc reacts with the steel surface to form a uniform, dense zinc-iron alloy layer. This forms our common galvanized coil. Since zinc has good corrosion resistance, galvanized coils are not easily affected by oxidation and corrosion, so they have good anti-corrosion effects.
