2. Stainless steel industrial pipes
It is divided into seamless pipe and welded pipe.
Production process: Most of them are welded pipes, which are welded with stainless steel coil and welded, and after hot melting, a certain thickness of thin sheets is inserted, and then the required thin sheets are injected. The lumen of the catheter is decorated with stainless steel plates. Stainless steel seamless pipes are produced by cold drawing process, and the pipe wall is seamless.
Pipe surface: The welded pipe is a stainless steel pipe processed after calendering, and the pipe surface is smooth and smooth. The surface of industrial seamless pipes is generally rough.
Thickness difference: The thickness of 304 stainless steel decorative pipe is thinner, about 0.2mm~5.0mm, while industrial seamless pipe is generally thicker.
Scope of application: Because the stainless steel welded pipe is thin and the surface treatment effect is good, it is mostly used in architectural decoration products, civil decorative art stainless steel products, etc. The stainless steel industrial pipe has a wall thickness and uneven surface, strong bearing capacity, and is mostly used to make large-size, high-strength, high-toughness, mechanical system and other products.
3. Stainless steel product tube
In general, stainless steel product pipes refer to stainless steel pipes that require stainless steel pipe manufacturers to customize because ordinary stainless steel decorative pipes do not meet the requirements of their use. Generally, according to the different needs of users, a variety of optimization design methods are adopted. For example, stainless steel furniture pipes, sanitary ware bathroom pipes, etc. The workmanship requirements are high, and there are generally specific requirements for pipe diameter, bending, flaring, shrinking, bending, etc.
